Project Overview
Trace Construction Group delivered a fast-track commercial fit-out for Gyros Labs, a Greek-inspired grab-and-go food concept located in Shoreditch, East London. The project involved transforming a high street corner unit into a fully functional takeaway space in under five weeks, meeting the client’s strict timeline while ensuring the build met both regulatory and operational requirements.
Scope of Works
This project required a tailored hospitality fit-out designed for a high-volume food service environment. Our team coordinated closely with the client’s chosen suppliers to integrate specialist kitchen equipment and extraction systems. We also managed a curated team of subcontractors, including M&E, HVAC, extraction, and joinery specialists, ensuring each element was installed efficiently and to specification within the compact site constraints.
Kitchen and Specialist Installations
The kitchen was fitted with commercial-grade appliances capable of handling heavy use in a fast-paced food service environment. Ventilation and extraction systems were installed to meet intensive operational needs while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
